How do I set up my computer to trade from home?

A)

If you are a member, we will install all the necessary software on your computer at no charge.

 

Q)

What if I cannot place the trades you alert me to (e.g. in a meeting)?

A)

When you are available you can contact us to enquire if it is still viable to place the trade.  Alternatively, enquire about our in house trading facility.

 

Q)

How safe is my money from fraud etc.?

A)

Your trading capital is held in a Standard Bank account in your name and on which you receive monthly statements directly from Standard Bank.  The only potential loss is from trading losses.

 

Q)

What is the minimum amount of capital required?

A)

There is no minimum, however we recommend an amount of R5,000.

 

Q)

How do I withdraw money in the event of an emergency?

A)

Email your request through before 12am and your withdrawal request will normally be processed the same day.  Notwithstanding, the maximum will be within 48 hours.
